• Breakfast: Does your group need a Hot Buffet Breakfast or would an Expanded Continental Breakfast work. Some hotels offer one or the other; some hotels offer both.

• Amenities: Are there particular hotel amenities that your group requires? In-room refrigerators, indoor pool, outdoor pool, restaurant on site, bar/lounge on site, meeting rooms?

• Cost: Are you working with a tight budget or is location and convenience more important to you than cost?

• Let us make your hotel reservations for you. We can make your hotel reservations for you at a rate that is lower than you can get by making the reservations yourself. And, we can cancel unused hotel rooms up to 24 hours before your arrival so you'll never get stuck paying for rooms you don't use.

• Take advantage of lower off-season rates: If you can travel in March, April, or December, you can take advantage of lower hotel rates at almost all of the area hotels.

• Save with mid-week rates: Hotel rates are lower Sunday through Thursday nights and are higher on Friday and Saturday nights. If you can travel on week days, your lodging cost will be lower.

• Complimentary Room Policies: The complimentary room policy varies among hotels. Some properties will give you one free room after 15 are paid; some after 16, 18, or 20 are paid, and some offer discounted rates for drivers. We can help you take advantage of these complimentary polices.

• Hotel Location: If you don't mind being off the beaten path, you can save money on lodging that's 15 to 20 minutes away from the mainstream.

• Consider a lighter breakfast: You can save money by opting for an expanded continental breakfast instead of a hot buffet breakfast.
